I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this flower shop was unbelievably disappointing. The flowers were already wilting, the arrangements looked rushed, and the service was even worse. What shocked me most was how the owner treated the employee. He was openly rude, dismissive, and talked to them like they were an inconvenience. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely ruined the atmosphere. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of customers. The staff were clearly trying their best, but with an owner like that, it’s no surprise the place feels chaotic and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back. I’d recommend going somewhere that respects both their customers and their workers.
Hands down the most incredible customer service! Wonderful flower arrangement made with love. The owner went the extra mile for the dear loved one who the flowers were for.
I had the worst experience with Million Rose. I sent a sympathy flower bouquet to someone whose father passed away. I included a personal sympathy note. The flowers arrived with a card that said "Joy To The World" on the cover with my note sloppily stapled inside it. I was horrified to learn about this from the recipient. I left a message for the flower shop and no call back. I finally spoke with someone at a different number and was promised the owner would call me back and nothing. I would NOT recommend using these guys given the complete lack of customer service and lack of attention to detail.
Twice, my girl was mad at me, and twice this place delivered. I’ve never seen her more docile in my life. Their bouquets are gorgeous. I tell them my preferred color scheme and style, as well as price point, and they absolutely out perform my expectations! My last visit Son took care of me, he’s a gem. My first time my Indian brother and an older lady not only took killed it, but gave me relationship advice as well. A nice bonus is their Dog, so cute. Yalla.
Yesterday I had a very disappointing experience with this flower shop. Despite arriving in the appropriate pickup time, the order was not ready, and I ended up waiting for 50 minutes. The staff on site couldn't release the order without the manager's approval, who was not present, causing unnecessary delays. This level of disorganization and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from here again?.
Asked for all different colour roses, got 3-4 colours. Asked for the flowers to be delivered in a box, it was delivered in a tin. They forgot to include the card that I wrote. Asked twice for it to be delivered before 12 noon, it got there at 2 pm? On top of that they overcharged by at least $40! They never answer phone calls. Never ever again!
I received a delivered bouquet in a vase as a gift. The bouquet was not attractive: the flowers were already starting to decay, the stems were different lengths, one of the flowers was broken, none of the colours or styles of flowers matched and it didn't seem to be arranged in any particular order. The 'card' was a printed message cut irregularly and stapled onto a business card. I appreciated the thought but I personally cringed at the thought that a loved one spent money on this. I hope this is just a mistake by a new employee.
