I could not be more grateful and the end result was just gorgeous. In a field of mediocre florists do not hesitate to work with Percy Waters. I ordered a planter with 2 balloons online and they changed the balloons to chocolates, delivered to the recipient without letting me know. The product also looked mediocre. Would not recommend this flower shop.

In a morning hunt to find some flowers for my best friend on her birthday, I ran into this florist. Everything looked beautiful but was beyond my budget.
