Poppies has always been reliable, kind, and spectacular. Their cut flowers last a long time, which says something about their care and knowledge. Their unique choices reflect the florists' artistry, and the level of service has always been perfect. Above and beyond!
I stopped in to just to browse, as I didn’t want to chance the plants being confiscated on my trip back to my country. But the staff was lovely, the aesthetic was great. I felt very welcome there, and you could tell the plants were being well taken care of. I would shop here all the time if I lived in Toronto.
Love this shop!! They went above and beyond for my order. Their flowers always last so long and are always so beautifully arranged. I always get comments from people I gift their flowers to about how beautiful they are and about how long they last. My dogs also love this shop as they are given treats every time we go in! :)
I can’t say enough good things about this flower shop and especially Jen. I was doing a wedding across the street and ran out of some floral accessories. Nervously but hopefully, I walked over to ask for help, and Jen immediately offered me the supplies I needed..asking for nothing in return. It truly revived my faith in humanity. It’s rare to find florists in the city who are so willing to support and stick together. Jen was so kind, and I’ll never forget her generosity. Highly recommend this shop!
The women who were in the store were very rude, condescending and unprofessional. They asked us to pay before choosing the flowers and when we asked her arrange the flowers differently and maybe add a little more green (she just stuck the flowers we choose together as bundles and had the green pushed to one corner only) she proceeded to say “but you chose the flowers”. Extremely disappointing since we always buy our flowers from here and have our friends and family also buy from here. They were extremely uninterested and unhelpful. It was an overall bad and off putting experience.
DO NOT COME HERE! I went in-store today to pick up some flowers for Mother’s Day! The lady at the front made me pay before choosing the bouquet and didn’t allow me to choose the one that I wanted. She also refused to wrap the bouquet more to cover the stems. She used condescending language and overall, just a terrible experience.
The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I came in to make my girlfriend some bouquets and really needed some guidance, as I know nothing about flowers. I can’t remember the staff member who helped me, but they were very patient and gave me a ton of suggestions. They even told me where I could find stones that would match the bouquets we made. Thank you so much for your help. The great customer service will keep me coming back!
