I ordered a evil eye flower for $800. The flowers were damaged upon receipt and were flaking within a week. After some back and forth I went back to the store and instead of replacing the entire thing after 1 week they did a patch job which caused the new blue flowers to be a different shade to the old blue flowers which made it look terrible. They did not take ownership of this.
You expect quality from an expensive store like this. I love the $800 arrangement, absolutely beautiful. However, when I first got the arrangement there were gaps between the roses so I had asked the florist to re-do the arrangement given its $800. They told me to come back the next day and it was only now that i find out that the florist decided to trick me by placing rose petals between the roses as opposed to adding more roses to fill the bouquet. Very sad to buy something so expensive and get terrible quality. I will never buy from here again.
