I ordered a bouquet of red, pink, and white roses for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly arranged. The colors blended so nicely, and you could tell real care went into the presentation. The staff was also very friendly and made sure the bouquet was ready on time. Seen their van on the 401 on August 31 at 1:30pm, not paying attention to the road but instead spreads open a huge map across his steering wheel. Your flowers may be not arriving in good condition with his type of driving.
I have used Rainbow Florist on Weston Road many times, most recently last month for a funeral. The staff were kind and helpful. So much so that they called me to suggest a change to what I ordered as they thought an adjustment to the arrangement would make it better, and they were right. The floral arrangements are always fresh, top quality and beautiful. I trust their expertise. Call them, you won’t regret it.

I meant to write this for some time now. I ordered flowers about a year ago for my father's funeral and the result was an embarassment. The flowers were not what l ordered. They were wilted and the arrangements awful. The flowers really stood out in a bad way compared to the others send in by friends and relatives .It was truly a heartbreak to see such flowers surrounding my fathers casket. The flowers were not cheap. Of course, the owner asked for the money up front. I definitely do not recommend this place!!
I am disgusted in the service of this store. The worst of it all is it’s coming from the owner- RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and should be shut down. And on top of her ignorance you COULDN'T EVEN READ THE CARD on the flowers. The flowers WERE A JOKE once I saw them. And the handwriting worse than a 5 year old. How could these people stay open? I highly recommend you DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR FROM THIS DISTURBING BUSINESS. They can’t even spell.
