Last month a family member ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my home. There was a slight problem with the delivery and the flowers started to die within 24 hours. I did phone The Flower Nook and the person I spoke to said that they would investigate and get back to me. I was disappointed by this experience. Vi phoned me and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. Today she sent me a beautiful arrangement as a replacement. I am very happy with the customer service and will continue to use The Flower Nook as my" go to" to florist! I have used them many times over the last few years and have been extremely happy with them! I would give them a five star rating, not only for their beautiful flowers but for their follow up and customer service when there is an issue.

I ordered roses on a Friday looking for delivery on a Saturday. Every last detail was perfect. The roses were stunning and filler pieces equally gorgeous and vibrant. Every aspect of the delivery was perfect. The packaging and the hand off.
Had high hopes given all the amazing reviews. Very disappointed - all the flowers were way too bloomed upon receipt and after 2 days, wilted. Not full enough so had to supplement with further flowers to make it look presentable. Colour scheme was accurate. Will likely not be ordering from flower nook again.
Absolutely wonderful flower shop! I have placed three orders in the past month, and I could not be happier with the service and how beautiful the arrangements are.
