Helen and her team made choosing the flowers for my wedding fun and easy. Helens knowledge of flowers, and her expertise are impressive to say the least. Her team created beautiful bouquets and center pieces that my guests are still talking about. Not to mention how lovely her shop is; I always left there with a feeling of confidence that I will not have anything to worry about on my weeding day, and not to mention I always left with a special little floral creation from the shop I wouldn't be able to resist getting for myself.
I was the grateful recipient of 2 gorgeous floral arrangements from The Flower Room, after a recent surgery. Both were exquisite! We have visited the store a few times, and it is full of lovely things perfect for people that love flowers, and nature.
I had a great shopping experience at the flower room this past week. When walking in, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. While looking around,I really loved all the beautiful dried flower arrangements that were made. You can just tell they are made with love! The fresh flower options are amazing too. Anyway, I saw this matte brown clay vase and loved it but wanted this right arrangement for it. The owner of the flower room listened to what I wanted and quickly executed my vision. She even let me join her in the back while making it which made for a very special experience. The price was beyond reasonable and I am overall happy customer who will definitely be returning to the flower room!
While I'm sure they generally do beautiful work... I went in asking for something prepared and was told they had nothing prepared, by a florist working. After I pay for a custom arrangement for $30, which werent pretty end of stock withering flowers, I spot another customer buying a cute bouquet for 17 as a gentleman walks in and sits behind the counter. I ask what the bouquet was for next time. He shows me prepared bouquets for 17 at the front that weren't offered to me. I have no choice but to assume the florist intentionally upsold me as a way to sell off their end stock. I got decieved and upsold. Beware of the upselling florist, not the owner
The Flower Room is a gem. Visiting the shop is like entering spring - you're surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants and the fragrance is perfection. Every two weeks or so, we treat ourselves to a posy or two.
