I love watching Theresa work - I waltzed in wanting just a small "spring" bouquet and she started pulling stems, double and triple checking how the arrangement looked. Her flowers are always so long lasting and beautiful and she just has such a great instinct for arrangements!
Theresa is a gem. Her arrangements are unique, and slightly wild - each perfectly highlighting the natural beauty of the flowers. I am so happy to have Zoo in our neighbourhood.
I bought a few bouquets for special occasions from Theresa when she opened up The Zoo Flowers in our neighbourhood. I was so impressed by her work that we got to speaking about my wedding. While Theresa was relatively new to doing flowers for weddings, I decided to take a chance and hired her to do several big installations at our wedding, including our flower arch, an arrangement above our table and flowers at the entrance. Theresa and her partner Eszter completely blew us away with what they created. They started their work EARLY and stayed the entire day to create an incredible display of gorgeous flowers. They were professional and coureous and had amazing communication keeping us in the loop as they completed each project. I would have thought they were doing wedding installations for years based on what they created. Can't recommend them enough! These floral arrangements are so perfect I legitimately thought they were fake flowers. Every flower down to the pedal was in perfect condition! I also made the stupid mistake and bought flowers that are poisonous to cats but the owner was kind enough to give us an exchange. Will definitely be back, happy to have them in the neighborhood!
Had really terrible customer service from this place. They took an order for me to deliver to Pickering and then tried to change the delivery fee on me and ended up cancelling the order the day it was supposed to be delivered.
