Flower didn't look fresh at all and it looks very different from the photo I got and when I called to ask they couldn't give me ETA on when it'll be delivered
Not worry-free. Not fresh flowers. The flower arrangement set arrived unimpressive compared to the website photo, sloppy, flowers falling down, and partially wilting; on display with our name at a Funeral Home. I immediately contacted the shop who did not reply. The florist only replied after I embarrassingly took photos. He came to 'fix' the arrangement only to be displayed the next day with wilted flowers. When you spend over $600 you want peace of mind. The Florist did not answer me after I contacted him more than once, with pictures of the 'fixed' wilted arrangement. The rest of the 'fixed' arrangement lasted only more 3 days.
I ordered bouquets for my wedding and they were absolutely perfect! I wanted a fall theme with sunflowers and they did a beautiful job!! 10/10 recommend!!
this flower store is great, it has all the colors and kind of flowers you might need, also the cost is really fair and the customer service was great and very respectful. great location
The owner was super accommodating of my last minute order. He made a beautiful bouquet for my wife and it was at a fair price too. These guys will be my go-to florist moving forward. Thanks for the help!
I ordered a beautiful purple bouquet for my mother in law who just lost her mother. The bouquet not only showed up looking way different in the pictures (colours were swapped and horrible choices were picked would’ve just preferred white but they added bright pink) they were lifeless looking and sagging - photos attached. I wish these places would just send what they are advertising. Poor quality compared to other places, delivery was free but not worth the disappointment. Would not recommend this company and will not use them again.
I ordered two dozen roses for my wife for Valentine's Day and only one dozen was delivered in a slightly beat-up and grungy looking white box with tape all over it. Definitely not worth the $169.49 I paid. I have tried calling, emailing, and texting to ask for at least a 50% refund, but no one is returning my call. How can they make this mistake on the most important flower delivery day of the year?
