Had the pleasure of ordering a bouquet for a co-worker recently and the presentation and arrangement was wonderful for the budget that was provided. Highly recommend them. They are a local business and it's wonderful to support local artists in the floral space.
Today I went to Vanderfleet and unlike usual (especially during the days of the previous owners Scott and his amazing team), I was faced with an employee by the name of Saira or Sara !? I cannot express how rude, irritable, annoyed, impatient, and condescending she was. The entire interaction made me extremely uncomfortable and stressed. I nicely mentioned that I have been a customer for years and her response and attitude became even worse than before. I was left very disappointed because Vanderfleet to us was always like family.
Scott and the team at Vanderfleet have never failed to impress with both the quality of the fresh cut flowers and the beauty of the arrangements. In my books they are the best florists in Toronto.
I received the MOST beautiful flower arrangement from Vanderfleet on Mother's Day. It was a stunning array of all my favourite flowers and colours...hydrangea, roses, peony, and so much more. Absolutely exquisite! Many of the stems lasted 2 weeks plus, and I was able to put them into smaller vases to enjoy around the house. I've purchased and received other florals from Vanderfleet and never been disappointed. The designers are top notch, pay attention to detail and the product is high quality.

We received wonderful service. We needed flowers at the last minute for a hastily scheduled church wedding (so that an out of town relative could attend). We doubted that we could get bouquets for the bride and the bridesmaids on time but were treated to exquisite and responsive service from all your staff, particularly the designer whose name I believe was Renata. We arrived on Friday early afternoon and were able to pick up four gorgeous bouquets and one lovely flower arrangement first thing on the Saturday morning. For sentimental reasons, we were particularly delighted to be able to incorporate some lilacs and snowballs from our garden. The flowers were stunning and we were able to put them into vases after the ceremony for some of the post-wedding parties. The staff were unfailingly helpful and optimistic with us and the bouquets and arrangements were outstanding.
