Not only was it stunning and flawless, the recipient was blown away by the quality of the flowers, variety of beautiful in-season choices and the perfect presentation!! Wild North Flowers is a great little local business. I found them online while searching for a unique and fresh flower arrangement. I don't live in Canada but I needed to send an arrangement for my mother. My mother was so pleased with her flowers. I really enjoyed the service and the fact they sent me a personal photo of flowers/names of each flower used after it was delivered. The arrangement looked stunning and so incredibly fresh. Over all great experience.
My husband recently ordered me a floral arrangement with a bright and cheerful colour palette for our wedding anniversary but what I received was far from that. I received an arrangement that looked like fall foliage more for Thanksgiving dinner than something bright and cheerful. To make matters worse, the flowers that were already bloomed wilted before the rest of the flowers bloomed. When I emailed to communicate my displeasure and disappointment, Emily responded saying that the photos on their website only provide a sense of scale and that they have design notes to specify individual preferences. My displeasure is not due to my own preferences but due to having received a floral arrangement that did not match what my husband had ordered and paid for. I also find it odd that although the photos on the website are only to show a sense of scale, when you click the different colour palettes, the photos shown match these palettes. Very deceptive. Photos aside, when a customer chooses bright and cheerful as the colour palette and the arrangement delivered does not match what they ordered, measures should be taken to correct this. It is clear from their response that they do not value customer feedback or satisfaction. Once your order is paid for, it does not matter to them whether you receive an arrangement that matches with what you ordered. Dont waste your time or money on a business who does not value their customers.
I have used Wild North several times now and love the service. They send an actual photo of what they deliver. It is amazing to be able to actually see what you ordered, first hand. I would highly recommend this flower shop - love the personalized aspect of their product offering. And I love that the flowers are locally sourced, where possible.
