Willem & Jools recently provided the flowers at our wedding. They did such amazing job. They provided thoughtful insight as to what we should order. The flower arrangements were absolutely stunning, many of guests commented on them. Joanne was amazing and we appreciate all her help.

Absolutely stunning flower arrangement! I used this florist for the first time today after being disappointed with others in the past. I’m from another city, so I called my order in and the woman I spoke to could not have been more patient and helpful. The price was reasonable and I was very impressed with the beautiful flowers my sister received. I just found my new Toronto florist! Thank you ☺️
Very rude. We went in to discuss flowers for our wedding and the owner didn’t even bother to remove her headphones to tell us that they were way too busy to talk to us…. Other than us there was one person in the store and three employees. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere. Edit: they responded to this review. Like I said… very rude.
I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my sister in-law on her birthday and the service was nothing short of excellent! The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend!
Joanne is an incredibly talented and creative florist. More importantly, she is a kind, caring and thoughtful person, who is passionate about creating beautiful flower arrangements. She is simply a pleasure to work with. Joanne designed and prepared all the flowers for my wedding and I was amazed when I finally saw them on my wedding day! They were beyond beautiful and made everything look elegant and romantic. I received so many compliments about my flowers, even after the wedding! After the wedding I found out that Joanne went along with my brother-in-law to the wedding venue to help personally deliver and set up the flowers when the arrangements didn't fit into his car. I think that speaks volumes about her dedication to her customers and I am so thankful to have worked with her. Joanne, you are wonderful, thank you for everything!!!!
