I’m absolutely outraged by this place. My friend came only to accompany me while I bought cigarettes, but they demanded to check both of our IDs, even though my friend wasn’t buying or smoking anything. Even when my friend showed a valid ID photo, they still refused, which is beyond ridiculous. This treatment felt blatantly discriminatory and racist. Completely unacceptable I will never return.
The Shell gas station was overall okay. It’s easy to access and the area is relatively clean, but a few of the pumps could use some maintenance. Prices are pretty standard—nothing noticeably cheaper or more expensive than elsewhere. The convenience store has the basics like drinks and snacks, but the selection could be better. Staff were polite, though not particularly engaging. All in all, not a bad spot, but nothing especially impressive either.
We came last night around 11. This guy named ali said he is doing inventory and he cant serve us. There were other people too who wanted to buy things. But his night inventory is really important and does not seem to care at all. I have never heard of such rule. And its the second time he did that. Its a 24 hour location. Mr Ali please tell your owner to change it to 12 hours as you dont seem to bring any business to the gas station at night. Why waste someone’s money? You were really disappointing last night.
Reddy a non sense guy. I was fuelling my car and i have the hose in my hand and i was pumping . He came and pull the hose out of my hand take it out of the car and started saying me to move the car closer to the pump …. What a non sense when i can easily fuel the car what is the point of doing that…. He forcefully took the hose out of my hand and took out of the car and said i will not let uou fuel it you don't move! Senseless ! Very very disappointing …. Shell franchise has to take it very serious ! one day this guy Name Reddy can be a reason of big concern……
There is NO SIGN saying after 9pm that all the pumps are pre-pay, how are we supposed to know this, I was in the lane that did not have a pre pay sign, I tried to explain this to the worker and he just kept saying after 9pm everything is pre-pay .....
Hello, I am regular at this location at night time, the new night shift guy is racist he lets his ethnic group of people inside the store even when they are not supposed to be and when i tried to get in after the guy i was denied. So my point being why was I be served from a window in cold and nog like the guy before me. Was it because i dont speak his language? Not going to come at this location and i suggest other fellow customers find somewhere where else.
Deceptive prices in the display case, when paying at the cashier you pay prices much higher than what you were supposed to have seen, by the time you realize the price it is too late to make a refund in addition to a terrible and absurd attitude on the part of the cashier named Jank or something like that…
