Came to get gas on 11/07/2025 at 6:55pm on my way to pick up the wife at work. Went to the counter to pre-pay for gas and the person behind the register asked if I had a points card and I said no. Shortly after I hear a beep. I looked up and saw he had scanned his own card. I asked him about it and he made up some excuse, removed the pre-paid amount, and re-entered the same amount. Is that what you guys do? Collect points from other people's purchases if they don't use/have their points cards?
This place used to be my go to gas station because its close to my apartment but the last time I went, they disabled every pump I pulled into but would let others put gas in when I would leave. I first thought I just pulled into the one pump that wasnt active but when i would glance at the other pumps to see if they were working (they were) and pull into it, it was suddenly disabled. I tried paying for it inside but they wouldnt even let me in either. After leaving for another gas station and driving back up spadina, I see people filling in gas like normal. I'm not sure what warrented this petty behavior but I dont think ill be using this place in the future.
This guy name is ROBIN..... he is such a rude guy with alot of attitude. This is not a good customer service. Management should consider this issue closely. Same name 3 persons were having issues with this guy
I drive uber and will use washroom here always. Very friendly service and washroom always in service. Rohan is the one who treats very well and let us use the washroom always.
I’ve always been satisfied with the service at Petro-Canada, but what truly sets this location apart is the friendly and professional attitude of the staff — especially Mr. Rohan. He consistently greets customers with a warm smile and respectful demeanor, creating a welcoming and positive environment. His attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction make every visit a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate having such a courteous and helpful person at this station. I visited this store on May 30, 2025, to refill gas and requested to redeem my points for two Monster Energy drinks. At that time, an employee named Sasikumar was at the counter. When I asked him to redeem the points, he told me that my card was “locked” and could not be read. I was surprised, so I immediately checked the card status through my app, and there was no indication that it was locked. I explained this to him and requested him to try again, but he still insisted that my card was locked. However, on May 31, 2025, I successfully redeemed my points for two Monster Energy drinks at the same store without any issues—clearly proving that there was no lock on the card. I asked a different staff member about the issue, and she confirmed that no such “lock” exists and such a thing doesn’t happen with their system. I’m disappointed with how Sasikumar handled the situation and how he misinformed me. His behavior and unwillingness to help were unprofessional. I hope the management looks into this to ensure better customer service in the future.
O customer service at all… Said like three times hello to the guy today, he was texting something really interesting on his phone. After he charged me 2.60 for a small tea. Is this the price from a small tea for really? Anyways
