Bad behaviour of employees. They locked up restroom. If you buy gas then it’s for you. I am regular customer of shell and used to fill up my gas in Mississauga. But now I am leaving shell forever.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to share one of my best experiences with the Shell gas station located at 38 Spadina Avenue in downtown Toronto. This station is managed with great professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. Every time I have visited, the place has been very clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff are always polite, friendly, and respectful — they truly deserve appreciation. The convenience store also has almost everything you might need, with fair and reasonable prices. I sincerely thank the management and all the staff for their excellent service and kind attitude. I highly recommend this Shell station at 38 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, ON M5V 2H8 to everyone in downtown Toronto.
It's been half a year! everytime you go inside for toilet answer is -under maintenance- but there is no maintenance! you have to put that sign out site top of the price board no washroom! stop liying to your customers! I hope she'll have some solution for this location.. Getting annoyed
Amazing staff! Newly renovated. They have fresh food! HOT DOGS, SAMOSA, MAC N CHEESE, JAMAICAN PATTY, CHICKEN BITES and the best part is they are HALAL! Best ICE COFFEE! I will being shopping here moving on
I was forced to prepay with my card for gas - total charge was $37 for what was pumped. Can someone please explain why I now have a second charge for $250?!
I've given this location 5 stars based on a single act of kindness that occurred on Oct 8 at around early afternoon. I don't wish to share the specifics but this act of kindness meant a lot to my wife and I considering the situation we found ourselves in. The gentleman working that day could have justifiably chosen to make a different decision but he didn't, so Thank You. It was nothing big and nothing was given away. In fact we made a purchase of several items as a token of thanks. I've only quickly looked at the reviews of this location and see that it's mixed. Considering where this station is located it's not hard to see why. But for my wife and I on this specific day they provided 5 star service.
They don’t let you use washroom even if you are regular customers use need to buy something for using messy and dirty washroom i don’t know how esso distribute gas station to these kind of people.
