I really like customer service n staff was very polite n helpful. One thing I can say this is very clean and organize location in downtown neobourhood.
I had a really disappointing experience at this location (292 Kingston Road). I bought a pack of cigarettes around 11:37 PM, and a few hours later, around 4 AM, I came back to return it. Before going back, I went to other locations, and every employee told me the same thing: I must return the cigarettes at the same location where I bought them. So I drove back to this one. But when I arrived, the agent refused to take them back. First, he told me that the station doesn’t accept returns on cigarettes or alcohol. That already didn’t make sense, because that’s not what the other stores told me. When I questioned him, he suddenly changed his explanation. He then said that I had to return the cigarettes at 10 AM. I asked him what the difference was between return 4 AM or 10 AM, and he couldn’t give me a logical answer. He just repeated the same thing, even though it made absolutely no sense. I live far from this location, so I wasted time, fuel, and energy driving back and forth just to be given inconsistent and confusing information. Overall, the customer service here was unprofessional, unclear, and honestly frustrating. Very disappointing experience.
I can't talk about gas, but for other conveniences, it's really taken a dive. After a year of their mobile phone vouchers and prepaid gift cards machine having random and often prolonged breakdowns, they finally just stopped selling these items in 2024. They lock the damn store at 10:00 or 8:00PM so you can't use the ATM then. Best thing about them as a convenience store is frequent specials they run on some premium milks (Purfiltre etc.). They do have a big visual assortment of phone cables, but very little compatibility variety. Prices of candy are outrageous, but their 2fer specials are good. Stocking mostly chips, candy, and pop, you wonder why they even bother having a store. Generally helpful and polite service, and short if any wait times.
I just wanted to commend Sathvik for his excellent customer service. It was midnight and I was having problems with my mobile pay, and he helped me sign up a loyalty account and guided me through the process to pay. Great guy!
Awful customer service. Sold me an expired propane tank (illegal to sell anything 10 years after date of manufacture) and after bringing it to their attention there was no attempt at fixing the situation.
I had car troubles while at this intersection. Long story short, Praneeth was kind in allowing me to use his personal phone so that I could get road side assistance. Praneeth’s outstanding empathy and logic to assist in me keeping a level head was much needed. I applaud the standard of customer service that Praneeth so selflessly displayed
This place is ridiculous always has stuff either not stocked or it’s stocked with the wrong price today I went and I was told all the prices were old that they had to be changed when exactly is that happening The tags are out of order they stock items with the wrong price and then expect you to pay more.Seems everything in this place needs a price adjustment how about instead of just sitting by a window come 11pm you actually do some work around and fix up it’s mad annoying.
