Went to fill up my gas just to find out that they don’t accept cash after 11 PM at night. The cashier told me it’s only debit or credit. I don’t understand. What’s the problem in accepting cash at night? Didn’t know cash loses its legal tender value at night lol. Anyway, won’t be back thanks.
I had a very suspicious experience at this shell station. I prepaid for 30L of #93 fuel with a shell app promotion. The pump stopped three times and only gave me 9L total, despite my tank was completely empty. The cashier made excuses, refused to check the pump and blamed it on my car. Another customer beside me even said that this pump issue is well-known at this station and has not been resolved. In the google reviews, I saw that other customers have reported the same issue at this location. It does not look like an accident - it feels like a recurring problem. I recommend that anyone fueling here double - check your receipts, liters pumped, and any discounts applied. I will also report this station to shell corporate.
Love this Shell as the coffee corner is recently upgraded with lots of new coffee machines and the price of a cup of coffee remains affordable. This is my favourite Deli2go coffee place. Also, this Shell Select is famous between students and neighbours. The staff and owner are nice and friendly.
Air pump doesn't work and the owners don't do anything about it, they don't even put a sign up saying it doesn't work. Even after letting them know. Maybe it has something to do with how cold it is but it's frustrating.
There was an old guy working. He saw me and he was not ready to come and assist me and I was standing there for 10mins in this freezing weather . Please don’t hire these kind of lazy peoples.
I went to this shell to refill my car. When I paid for the coin , the cashier said she just took 10 dollars change, cause she didn't want to count for me. As a cashier, she doesn't take coin from customers. Is this normal? So coin can't be used in this shell?
The car was still dirty after the first wash (see the first picture below). I saw this after coming home. I drove back and talked to the cashier. The cashier was polite and courteous. And offered to allow it through the wash one more time, but it was still dirty after the second wash (see the second picture I took after coming home). The cashier however refunded back the money.
