This place is just trying steal of everyone's pocket. The billboard displays different amount, gas dispenser shows different amount and my CAA membership get me 3 cent off. I asked the lady inside why is the pricing off, she said it has been glitching since afternoon, then I asked her that you should honor the discount and billboard pricing, she did not respond to that. After that I said that they need to shut the gas station down instead of charging wrong amount, she said "No, I don't have to", that too with an attitude... What nonsense is this?
I had a disappointing experience with your customer service. We stopped by after traveling all the way from Quebec, and while it wasn’t even midnight, the staff member on duty refused to let us use the washroom intact I was even getting the gas and wanted to buy some stuff from the store. When I asked Jevanshu ( gas attendant ) for the manager's name, he declined to provide it, claiming it’s against the law, which I found surprising and hard to believe. This was unlike anything I’ve experienced before and left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning based on this encounter.
Terrible experience at this gas station. Jevanshu’s customer service is the worst I’ve seen. He doesn’t even allow customers inside, even when it’s not midnight. Instead of being helpful, he acts rude and dismissive. If you ask a question, he responds with attitude, making it clear he doesn’t care about customers. The place is also poorly maintained, adding to the bad experience. Avoid this station if you want decent service!
This is not open 24 hours you can't access the store , the attendant in the store is rude as hell nobody wants anybody else touching their food you can't pick an energy drink you can't get access how is this 24 hours and the attendant is nothing but rude disrespectful and disgusting. Avoid this at all costs not a real gas station lies about hours. Judging from the other reviews the automated shell AI response is a joke as well nobody is actually caring about these reviews from Shell.
Worker at this location are very rude and playing games with customers, they also claim the washroom is closed for cleaning with a sign and after I waited for 10-15 min I found out that they are doing so to turn customer back and no one was cleaning the washroom and she said wait 30 min we will clean it now while no one at the store but the two cashiers doing nothing and me !!!!! What a shame when workers do not respect the reputation of Shell….
Got a chance to get gas and energy drink from that location. Really feel happy to see a very alert and informative gas station attendant Kushveer there. She gave me benefits information about Air Miles card combined with Caa. She looks happy and welcoming to Customers.
On 4th January 2022 around 5pm I went to to this gas station, after I bought something I wanted to use restroom.The lady told me that it is close and I cant use that.Even though I told her I have health issue and I need to use restroom immediately she said no.She was so rude to me.Every month as a company we buy thousands of dollars worth gas.After today we are not gonna use this gas station ever.You guys need to have respectful and polite employees.
