2am out of town, got a flat tire - needed air, had no change on me for the machine - refused to let me do debit, refused an ATM use, refused to offer any other suggestion that helped my urgent situation of a flat tire at 2am. From my understanding, the machine could have been switched on by the tenant but refused to help and let me drive away with a flat tire to find other help at 2am.
I would give zero if possible…The people working there are super rude and very harsh….I dont have idea that we cant use phones inside the store and was on call…the person working there very rudely said you cant use phone and upon asking reason he literally shouted saying you cant use go out if you want to use….Very worst behaviour and this is not the first time people working there behaved…Every person working there is rude and harsh….I really wakt owner to train them how to talk to customers and greet them….very worst behaviour…
Busy gas station. Price is a bit cheaper/liter if you go after 7pm, however still not cheaper than the Costco. I wish all of their pumps were able to print out receipts. Having to wait in line to get a receipt, with only one person on the cash sucks. Exiting is a bit of challenge, with the slanted exit/entrance ways. The numerous cars that speed through the place that want to cut through to go onto Kipling is astounding.
Nobody is there to attend customers at 12 at night even though the gas station is 24 hours open. I stood there for good 10 minutes buzzing at the window. Bad Bad Bad!!!
Excellent customer service. My air miles card works perfectly here. Great location and the staff are well trained. Very polite, friendly, helpful. I go here often and it is always a good experience for me.
