Worst Shell experience in Scarborough. On Dec 18, 2025 at 7:45 AM, I used my Shell car wash voucher and waited 45 minutes, but my car was not washed properly. The employee refused to come outside to check and said she couldn’t redo the wash. She blamed her manager Nasir, saying rewashes aren’t allowed—this goes against Shell policy. My paid car wash was wasted. I won’t buy Shell car washes again and don’t recommend this location.
The car wash was closed. I have a daily pass and asked for a voucher and Shhlok the cashier told me to drive across the city to another car wash! Nice customer service .
I washed my car on January 17 and it was spotless, the system of washing only with water prevents the car from getting marks and scratches. I would like to know the name of this type of car wash because I live in Etobicoke and have not found a similar.
One of the worst car wash I have ever experienced Basic car wash won’t even clean a major portion of the car. I would not recommend this place to anyone. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED??
My experience with shell car wash in Victoria park is good but can be made better. The overall process of accessing the car wash with instructions and completing them is easy and convenient. 3 foams and 2 types of protection splash looks cool But even after the wash is done I still see hard dirts kind of stays there. I had to wipe again using washing clothes to remove it.
DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT, OR CREDIT CARD AT THIS LOCATION!!! THEY STOLE $515 FROM ME THERE IS SOMEONE ON THE INSIDE THAT WORKS THERE THAT IS STEALING YOUR INFORMATION. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!! POLICE HAS BEEN INFORMED AND THERE IS AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION. Shell becareful who you hire
It's a gas station, what more can I say! Gas is cheap at times. The car wash is junk, it's touchless and even the most expensive option does not clean my white car properly, plus the wait can be long!
