Worst service ever. Some of the screen are not working and when i asked to the staff they are like yeah we know that pump number 2 screen not working and we cant do anything. Even though they have changed all the screen before 1 month. Even they didn't ask for the air miles or nothing.
I don’t know how is Shell operating by accepting cash only as a mode of payment. Total scam either by management or by the employee but this is totally unacceptable from a franchise named Shell! I wished if i can give negative ratings! The employee name was manpreet he was rude too and i went on 8th march at 11:36 pm. WORK ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR ELSE SHUTDOWN THE PLACE FOR GOOD!
Would not recommend coming here at night. I literally stood at the glass for 15 mins straight in the cold until I eventually gave up and just left. I even pressed the button a few times and even knocked on the window a few times. This is the second time this has happened to me within the last month or so which is why I am writing this review. If I could give a 0 star, I would.
Man working in morning with white shirt uniform need to learn how to respect individual as well as customer worst pump of Shell. I have been Shell every morning but this pump is 0 at customer serving and rude person.
Decent gas station. The cleaned up their act since last year. The gas station seems cleaner than it was and they now have paper towels in the dispensers as opposed to before.

Offers one of the cheapest prices. Always competing the Canadian tire gas station nearby for the lowest prices so keep an eye out for whichever is cheaper. The area is a bit cramped and it feels like they forced a gas station into a small lot However, i dont go inside so i cannot tell you if the customer service is good or bad.
