This place is terrible, they make you pre pay in broad daylight at 11am like you’re living in Compton, the employees are all smiles and giggles when you’re filling your car up with 93 octane but god forbid you want to use your air miles they won’t even let you use the thousands you’ve accumulated over years of collecting when you have earned enough for a free tank of gas. Go across the street to esso, you don’t have to pre pay until after 11pm and they actually let you use your points you’ve collected. This shell is ridiculous. Because of this behaviour of your staff or polices you have lost a lifetime customer.
Pros: Pumps gas quickly, shell app works well to pay, has 93 octane. Cons: Always the highest prices in the area. Windshield wash fluid looks like it has never been changed.
This place either sells fraudulent gift cards, or has a staff member committing fraud with the gift cards after activation. I purchased Visa gift cards for my team here, and to my surprise when they tried to use them it said the balance was empty. Looking online, we can see the cards were consumed prior to Christmas, before they were even opened up. I contacted Vanilla Prepaid and they said to go to the point of sale. The worker would do nothing about it, took no responsibility, and wouldn’t put me in touch with a manager or let me know when they would be in store. They are CROOKS. Avoid this location at all costs
I deliver Parcel throughout GTA and I was denied washroom Access as the Lady told me washroom can only be used by customers. Where's delivery driver's supposed to go to use washroom
Great Customer Service and Friendly Staff. Washroom out of service. Very small location, Not more than 3 or 4 customers not able to stand inside the store. Shell should consider renovating this Gas station in East York.
Stop here occasionally. At my last 2 stops the pump did not print a receipt. When I went inside he jokingly asks for 1.00 for a receipt. When I say no way he laughs and gives the receipt. I wonder if anyone gives him a dollar or is it just a joke?
I have filled my car here in the past. Generally I have been happy with the station but 2 weeks ago when I filled my empty tank, I have had water in the system since. It happened to be a heavy rain that evening and I was definitely covered but immediately after and since I have had moisture in the system. I hope no others have had this problem but I think they need to check the storage tanks.
