I called today to make an appointment only to be informed that my doctor left the practice in July. They claim they emailed me to notify me of this but after checking my deleted, junk and inbox it appears I had never received anything. Ever heard of a phone call??? Just a little important to inform someone they no longer have a doctor.

Dr. Mekhail was an unprofessional doctor. He showed no signs of patient care, asked no questions on my symptoms to gauge the reason so my illness. I had to be the one to ask and to challenge his assumptions. I had to ask for my own tests to be run and to ask “could it be this” and just so you know I had these symtoms a few weeks ago etc. the doctor just wanted me in and out within 2 min of patient “care”. It’s extremely important that doctors practice with care, attentiveness, and with a sense of obligation to understand why the patient may be sick. This is not a joy ride for us - we don’t want to be here for longer than we need to so would appreciate a bit of care next time.

I saw Dr Jacob Wong who is very detailed. He got me into the high risk breast cancer prevention group at St. Michael’s Hospital! This made a huge difference for me as I had access to MRIs and a fantastic breast Dr. Stephanie is amazing! Very detailed and knows her job well!

I've been with Dr Jacob since 2016 and he is an exceptional physician who sincerely cares about his patients; when my PTSD was at its worst, he checked in with me while on PTO. I've been nothing less than a handful of OMG & he has rolled with everything as if whatever I presented to or was the reason for my appointment with him. Additionally, having a physician who understands the elements & factors unique to a gay man is next level. Hands down, the best GP I have ever seen.

Excellent modern and comprehensive medical practice. I've been a patient here since not long after they opened and have always received excellent care. Highly recommended!

Most useless group of people. Dismissive, arrogant, walked in with an upsetting issue and I was greeted so poorly. The lady in glasses just stared at me and then went and whispered to someone who was clearly more qualified than her no idea why she works there in the first place and then was told to go to a walk in clinic. Terrible service terrible place. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for some kindness and help. This place needs qualified professionals who care about people in the neighborhood.

Tried to walk in. Was told that it was too busy - no one was in the waiting room. I asked about later in the day and the blunt receptionist said she was unsure. If someone is seeking medical attention "I'm unsure" is not useful. She didn't care.

This review must be for the wrong clinic as we have never had anyone by the name of Dr. Mekhail work out of Corktown Medical Centre.

Unfortunately, our office does not accept walk-ins and at this time we are not accepting new patients. We apologize if this information was not conveyed well. We will review protocol with our front staff to avoid any future miscommunication.

Ashley, I'm sorry that this was your experience. If possible, can you let me know the date and time of your visit so I can look into this incident? -- Management
