This clinic was very busy but they can handle patients professionally. You just need an open minded brain and your good. People who keep complaining are the people who doesn't have contentment in life, sometimes you just need to understand the situation before we complain on something. Less complaint the more happier we are?
I had a great experience at this walk in clinic in Davisville. The doctor was very kind, patient, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. The staff were professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. It’s also very convenient that there’s a pharmacy and home health care services on site, which made everything easier and faster. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for efficient and compassionate care.
This clinic does amazing work, especially Dr Uxa, I came for walking clinic, and took only about 5 mins to see available Dr. She was knowledgeable and helpful, receptionist girls were very helpful and fast! Will come back next time, they also work on weekends. So convenient they have pharmacy beside
Worst experience with receptio. These people told me on call that I can walk in and pay if I don’t have a health card. I was ready to pay because my health card was expired. The moment I walked in they said renew your health card I said today’s they’re closed rememberance day but I can pay. And they clearly said I can’t see the doctor. I had a bad cramps because of my menstruation and I recently moved to young n eglinton. Don’t recommend this place if u’re new.
Appointments are fast. Use to wait 1-2 months to see my old family doctor. Administratively , things move relatively quickly from a referral and communication perspective. I always receive my results as soon as possible. The clinic delivers and provides me with what I need, but I advocate and manage my own health for the most part. My entire family is here and we are grateful for the service we have received thus far. Thank you Dr. Lurie for all your support and care thus far. General response in regards to all bad reviews. The problem is the human body is very complicated and health is complicated and in Canada GPs are the gate keepers to specialists and they are not masters of every condition. Unfortunately, we need to take health into our own hands for the most part if you are dealing with something complicated and you need to manage the process. I understand this is frustrating and adds undue stress to one's life but unfortunately this is just a fact and I learned the hard way. GPs in general in my experience could proactively research every condition a patient has, but I don't know if they even have the time. Considering the amount GPs are paid, they should proactively research for every patient. I am a software engineer and I research every problem I encounter in my profession until I solve it and I imagine doctors are paid more than me, complacency is not an option in my field, so I sympathize with that sentiment from others. I am not a GP so I can't empathize from that perspective, but I suspect they are their own managers and no one holds them accountable except themselves, but I may be ignorant. This is where I believe AI should come in from a brainstorming and patient history perspective. If you are struggling with something complicated, do your own research and master your body. This will take a bit of critical thinking and analysis, but be responsible. Brainstorm with your physician and ask them questions. Remember they are human too. No one is perfect and has all the answers. You are a team. Goodluck with your health and take responsibility and accountability. Advocate and keep up the good fight.
Super unprofessional. Called front desk at 6 pm (they close at 7) and asked if it was okay to come down still. The receptionist quickly told me "come now there's nobody here" I showed up at 630 in crutches and was told "the doctor already left". WHY didn't you say you were closing early? Waste of money to rush myself over in an Uber and now sitting in the coffee shop next door to take another Uber back home. Thanks team. Great work.
''Virtual appointments smooth and fast. Every Doctor I've had at this clinic has been pleasant ,thorough and listened to my concerns + super kind friendly receptionist!
