Poorly run business. I placed my order online through their website. I received email confirmation and the payment WAS taken from my bank account. Virtual visa debit card used, which is real money from my account, not credit, which has my name on it. It is the same name as billing information on order confirmation. Two days later, I get email saying my order is cancelled, with list of 5 possible reasons, none of which applies since payment already taken. Payment was luckily refunded a few days later. You should hire a man with some experience to help better run your business and stop losing/refusing customers.

Just received a gift basket from one of my clients from Baskets. i was impressed by quality of the basket, which wasn't actually a basket but a durable plastic bag with their logo on it. The products in the baskets we chocolates and it was well presented. thank you.

This company has the best gift baskets for any occasion. We had a very large rush order and they did the impossible to fulfill it with the most elegant and beautiful gift baskets ever.... their branded handbags used to deliver them are beautiful - great customer service all around , great products and great prices.

This company is great! Ordered a Valentine’s Day gift basket for my boyfriend last minute the night of February 13th and they delivered it right away on the 14th to his house without any problems. Love the stuff in their baskets, they have a good selection of high quality products!!
