I highly recommend Present Day! I made a mistake with the shipping address, but their customer service team was incredibly quick and generous to resolve it. What could have been a frustrating experience (which was entirely my fault!), the CSR turned into a great one. They promptly sent a replacement gift to the intended recipient. The gift box is beautifully packaged, and the items look absolutely delicious.
I received a beautiful box from my friend, however there was one item missing in the box. My friend went back to Present day and they immediately sent me the missing product as well as several other goodies to apologize for the miss. What great customer service and quick action.
