Late on delivery by two days in the GTA. Basket was of poor quality, poorly assembled, and did not match website images. Failed to respond to two inquiries regarding when the late basket would be delivered. Failed to respond to an inquiry after it was delivered as to the poor quality. I could understand having a bad day or basket, but not the complete lack of responsiveness both before delivery and afterwards.
A few weeks ago I had ordered their room decoration service, so that I could get my hotel room decorated for the special occasion of asking my girlfriend out. Once the room was decorated and I went back with my gf to show her the surprise, the room was decorated completely wrong. It was supposed to say “be my girlfriend” in a balloon banner but instead said “happy birthday”, the other balloons said happy birthday on them, there was no rose trail on the floor and the bathtub had rose petals in it. Im pretty sure they just gave me a totally different package than I ordered. So the next day I called to let them know that the decorations were completely wrong and I was told that they would review it and call me back the next day. 3 days went by so I called them with no answer, then finally I got a call back. I was told that they were really sorry for the wrong decorations and that they could offer me a $150 credit to their website, which I did not except because I don’t want anything to do with their business. After a while of saying that I did not want the credit and wanted to be returned my full amount, the best they said they could do was 30% which I took because I did not have time to waste with whoever I was speaking to. In the end they completely messed up the decorations and ruined our night since the decorations were wrong but won’t take accountability for it. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere where the company actually cares about their customers and will take responsibility for their actions
