After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance and visited 401gold today. Let just say the reviews weren’t wrong all. I was greeted and helped by a lovely lady named Jen, she was super sweet and very transparent every step of the way. She also made sure to ask if I was 100% sure that I wanted to sell which made me feel even more comfortable as there was absolutely no pressure at all. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kash, she was also very sweet. If you are looking to buy or sell I highly recommend them. In a world full of dishonesty and dying customer service I truly appreciate their transparency and welcoming energy. Not to mention I got a lovely little take away gift. Thank you ladies
