A waste of time if you have anything but a hip of scrap karat gold or sterling silver. Their website indicates that they also buy electronic scrap and I even called them about it which they confirmed. However, after their most senior guy (in his 80s, by the look) started to pull out my zip lock bags with the gold plated steel pins, IC ships, CPUs, etc. the look on his face was of dangling a dead rat. After I explained to him what it was, he said that they are not interested. Also, they only pay 85% of a spot price and even that is from the two-tree weeks ago, not the day you come in because "the prices are too volatile" (a message pinned on the wall in each cabinet). I had about of 3kg of the silver chloride (dirty), but their assay showed that it only contains 2% (?) of pure silver, so at the end they gave me back everything that I brought, even the gold plated jewellery which they can't process either.

Stay away!!! They knocked diamonds they took out of my jewelry on the floor and then tried to act like it wasn’t there. The first time you go there they are great but afterwards they will try and get you however they can. They can be very rude and dismissive. Will not be returning and i recommend you go to a different dealer.
