AVOID THIS BUSINESS, TERRIBLE experience. they will give you a useless Canada post tracking number which was created as a label but no more progress will happen.
I have been waiting over a month for an order worth almost $5000, and have sent many emails and called many times, and not once have I received a single reply or anyone even answered the phone. I will be seeking legal action unless they get back to me in the next week. Do not purchase from this company for any reason!
It's been 6 weeks since I ordered gold from them they accepted my transfer no issue. The order has said in process ever since I have called more times than I can count and emailed as of right now I have yet to hear back from them in any way shape or form. I feel like this place is a scam.
Placed $4000 order Jan. 2024 after waiting 6 months with no delivery I asked for refund. Every week I called and they promised a cheque would would be mailed out on Wednesday and would never show. After another 6 months of that I called very angry and demanded my money back or will take it to court and they FINALLY issued a cheque hat showed up a couple days later. the gold I ordered and paid for in jan. 2024 is now worth $1000 more today but I did not get that profit because they are a very shady business. I would have bought 10's of thousands of dollars more of gold and silver off them but they failed to deliver the first time around. Horrible and sketchy business they are running
I bought some silver coins since octobre 2023, I've been calling with no success, and already wrote 2 mails. No answer at all about my order. I know this company takes long time for delivery but, this is incredible, no answer and I still dont know when I will receive my order. If at least they answer my calls or my mails. I will give more stars, cause based in my last experience, this company can double the delivery time, but now for me it's almost 4 times that period. At least they need to give me an answer. I will give you an update from this story. Update today, after I called 3 times, a gentle lady picked up the phone and she followed my order until they finally put my order in shipping. I know, this company takes lot of time to ship something, but for sure they will do it.
This is an honest company. If you keep in mind that they may take a while you will be fine. They made up for a mistake of mine even though I was clearly at fault, and they came up with answers and rushed things to make up for a mistake on their end. They could have tried milking me for more because of both instances, but kept it fair.
