There's a reason why I only order the chicken leg. Every other meat option has incredibly stingy portions, or too dry. I work in the building hand have not many other options. Here is a picture of the gyro with salad as they ran out of chicken leg before 1pm. Dried out gyro thinly spread over salad.
Can't rate 0 stars or I would. Chicken so dry even though soaking in the juices in the tray. Service hasn't improved since they opened shop. Avoid if at all possible.
The pita fell apart as soon as I picked it up, completely soggy. The meat was dry and way too salty. This is probably the worst pita wrap I've had in a while. Not worth the $9.
Was ok. Food tasted good but poor service. They rush your order and miss things going so fast then when you ask them for what they missed they say you ever said anything, and go even faster! My pita was not wrapped properly I thought it would be ok but it fell apart when I was sitting down I was unable to pick it up to eat it. They did not have forks..... But they were kind enough to rewrap it with me not waiting in line but did not add the sauce or Feta cheese I paid extra for upon doing so. I told her, and she said yes it's all there..... I watched her change it over..... Would be courteous when fixing an order to re do the items that stick the bread that she threw out. Chicken tasted good but the wrap was very dry as a result :(. Just very poor service.
Flavour was very bland- watered down sauces, cheap ingredients (rice+potatoes+iceberg) for the cost of a much better salad next door Workers were mechanical and went down the line very fast even though there was no one in line behind me; so I was given salad dressing that I didn't even want, which didn't matter in the end because everything was bland.
BE AWARE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had a recent run-in with an Asian female employee who looked to be in charge; I asked for an extra portion of salad instead of potatoes, but the employee refused my request with attitude, stating that extra salad was $.50. I was so taken aback that I paid for my food in a haze of confusion. After sitting down, I realized how rude the employee was being to me and went back to reason with her. She was going to have none of it and continued with her extremely rude behaviour, so I asked for a refund. I hadn't touched my food, but she refused to refund my food because there was nothing wrong with the food or service. I spent 5 minutes trying to reason with this lady, but she ignored my comments. In the end, I left the food, untouched; I'd rather lose $10 for lunch than consume food such a terrible vendor.
Terrible. One of the worst places downtown that I've eaten. I tried the gyro plate and the salad and rice were good but the potatoes were actually a bit burnt and the gyro was kind of chewy and tasteless. Go elsewhere if you want anything Greek.
