Not only are the prices insane ($17 wrap) the quality is atrocious. I rather eat from McDonald’s. The steak was rubbery and had a foul taste and the sauces and ingredients they used were horrible. Extremely sweet and tangy. I took about three bites and had to throw the whole thing out. The service was also less than average. Definitely save your money and go to whole foods :/
Date of visit: Oct. 14, 2023. Time: 1:31pm WOW, AMAZING! I eat Freshii often. My first time at this location. The older workers are so nice, polite, and kind. I love how they made my Freshii bowl. I wish I lived nearby so I could keep coming back. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!
In my opinion the best Freshii location in Toronto. The food is consistently good, service is friendly. Better tasting than the bloor location and the st.Clair location.
Excellent customer service. The customer service representative made one small mistake on my ritual order, caught the mistake them self and insisted they fix it even though I said it was ok! Thank you for your excellent service and lunch!
Food is fine; that is not the issue with this location. The staff are beyond cheap! I asked for hot sauce. They literally put a drop of it in a small cup. Enough for a tablespoon of food. I had to ask for more than one napkin. The staff acts like the condiments and napkins are coming out of their paycheques! I am paying, on average, $15 for lunch and get treated like that?! Give this place a pass!
The best Freshii in Toronto so far. The koren staffs are really nice and patient. The amount of serving is way more than other Freshii in Toronto. By comparison, you may find the food other Freshii serves looks like left overs. It can be little bit expensive sometimes, but all Freshii shares the same pricings. Personally, I am really satisfied with the quality of the ingredients.
Best Freshii in the city bar none! All of the staff are friendly, professional and meticulous about each dish that goes out. This is the gold standard that all Freshii's should strive for.
