Always love freshii but I leave a 5 star for the girl today helped me prepare my food! She was kind and sweet, where when I pick up my order i didn’t see the sauce on first sight and ask abt it, she explained that the sauce is under the crispy wonton to prevent it from soggy!!! It’s genius and this is the most crispy wonton i had at Freshii!
Normally love the freshii kale caesar salad with the tofu, but the tofu was very very bland this time. Not sure if they changed the recipe or something, but I was so excited to get some of this tofu and was very disappointed. The dressing was also a lot more watered down or something than other times I’ve had it.
The girls work there were friendly and helped to choose my meals. Definitely recommend it and will come here to have my lunch. Thank you guys for best time.
I had a delicious healthy smoothie here (low calorie). The person who took my order was very helpful as I was uncertain which smoothie to order. She offered her suggestions which were helpful. She then personally came over to ask how it was. Overall, it is a small place (no outside seating) but it gets very busy as it’s right on Bay Street. There is adequate seating for singles or groups and the servers are friendly. I would definitely go back!
love freshii but not this location lady at front is just stupid like actually not paying attention and doesn’t care about her job and the food is not cooked properly on top of soggy watery beans barely half an avocado which I pay for a bowl so I should be getting at least half paid 18 dollars for garbage they shouldn’t be allowed to serve this to customers who pay so much money
This location is unclean (garbage on the floor, general grime). Tofu on my bowl and in burrito was raw out of the package unlike other locations who fry it so it’s crispy on the outside. No love in the food.
A frequent guest at this location. I have always ordered the same thing for the last six months. The price kept increasing for the last two months. A white woman was being extremely rude and passive-aggressive responding to a reasonable inquiry about the price increase. Will NOT return to this location for the level of self-entitlement.
