Mostly a takeout spot, no tables, just solo seats facing the window. I entered the store on a rainy day and ordered the bowl of the day (Teriyaki as shown in picture). I found out that protein for any bowl would be extra which I found crazy when a pre-made bowl with proteins should be the "bowl of the day" and any additional toppings should be extra. However, the service is what gave me the reason for my review. I ordered and paid then immediately my bowl was ready on the side. No bag, no utensils, nothing. The bowl was not even warm. It feels like it was premade or the ingredients are just thrown onto an instant rice and given to the customer. I was not satisfied and do not recommend any other customers go here.
They really make healthy food that is very filling and not taste like a cold, barely unfreezed salad. But the complaint of other comments about the lack of protein mix is legit. Not only the protein part is lacking in portion but a "pokii" bowl without fish just feel wrong.
Always a pleasure to attend this location. The super friendly staff make an effort to remember their repeat customers and preferred orders. Food is fresh and made fast. Definitely recommend.
Good ingredients, tasty sauce, but needs more protein. The chicken itself was also oddly mushy, kind of like wet paper pulp. My first time having freshii in years and I have mixed feelings. It's about as decent as j remember, but maybe it's just this location that definitely didn't do the protein right. Also the daily deals are a bit misleading, as the 7.99 price tag doesn't include protein (around 3 extra bucks).
This location is ground level, so it is wheel chair accessible. They do not have an automatic door. The service is always quick and friendly here. The great thing about their items, you can customize to what sauces or dressings you would like. One of my favourite items is the Cobb salad and also the spicy lemongrass soup. They also have breakfast and it's great place to grab and go for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Awesome staff - always courteous. They go above and beyond, and even make the newly axed “umamii” bowl for me whenever I ask for it because they’re so nice! Highly recommend.
I have ordered recently food for my work crew at this place College and Young. The food was Uber tasty and the customer service was excellent. The manager young man in charge was helpful and friendly. We will be back soon:) Nadia
