Terrible service. They could care less. We are like animals. The nurses are busy laughing and eating...Cursing the F bomb talking about Botox. Meanwhile my senior parent is ill they wont listen or talk to u. They ask same questions 79 x. It is terrible and I have no faith. Im worried. Everyone pray these people clean up third act!
Outstanding hospitality and service. Everything of the system is as best as can be. The staff are friendly and welcoming.They have many resources and departments for all sorts of medical needs and research.Dr Bercovici is the absolute best doctor I have ever met as a specialist. He motivates me every time I visit.I cant say enough good things about this place. Just experience for yourself.
My son had an unfortunate incident at the Ex on Monday and was taken to and treated by the staff at Toronto Western hospital. I can't begin to say enough good things about absolutely everyone we encountered there. For staff at an inner-city hospital to be able to maintain such a positive, compassionate demeanour with every patient they meet speaks volumes of the quality of staff there. I am and will be forever grateful for the kind treatment my son received there. God bless you all.
Came at western hospital with appendicitis. Kristie from emergency carefully listened to all my symptoms and even though I have done an ultrasound before, doctor decided to check again because previous technician havent found anything on it and they were correct to find an inflamed appendix. A bit of a problem was a wait time at emergency and before the operation but nurses were always around to keep me updated about doctors opinion on my case. Again, the only problem was wait time but that was okay, I understand how they staff is loaded in downtown hospital, they take extra credit for care I was provided.P.S.: poop classification on the washrooms door in 9B is amazing
The staff in emergency have been #AWESOME! This is our 2nd visit in 2 weeks with my octogenarian father, and weve been to many hospitals over the years in Durham Region and Niagara. What I notice most is how caring the professionals and the staff is, offering to help each other, and communicating with compassion to both the patient and family. Seems like no one here is ever in a grumpy or impatient mood. Thank you Western Hospital for extraordinary care plus soft skills that comfort all of us.
