I have been dealing with Astral Grow for several years now. To see them closing thier doors here on Gerrard st is a very sad thing to see . I'm very glad however to see that they still will be doing delivery and pick up orders ! Hope to see you guys at a new location soon best of luck with your business model I hope all of the east end support you and dont let another small east end business disappear ! I dont think people know that this is not just an east end small business but it's a family owned and operated small business that makes it more of a reason to make sure this type of business survives there's a place in this world for the big guy but we all have to support another man's vision. good luck to all cheers thanks for being here when I need my supplies ! ** Edit: Customer service did get back to me and sent new product with gripper seal. ** Product arrived with lid off and seal broken spilled into and leaking out of shopping box. Lost a good portion of expensive product. GOOD STORES tape lids on or put in Ziploc bags to prevent leakage. Customer service is ignoring me.
I compared prices across multiple sites and Astral had the best deals overall. I’m in Brampton and have placed two orders so far. Both arrived quickly and without issues. Great experience all around. Astral is now my go-to for supplies now . Excellent prices and service.
Astral Grow advertises business hours on Sunday as 12PM to 6PM. I am here and the store is locked. No notice, of any kind. What a sham. No confidence in their „business” practices. Incompetence and lack of professionalism shines through.
Needed some gardening equipment yesterday so I popped into astral. Spent about an hour there speaking with staff and both the man and woman were extremely helpful and kind. The place has a real friendly vibe to it and they made me feel totally comfortable with answering all of my questions. Will definitely be back soon!
Really bad service.. no service at all. I bough for 319.90$ 1 week ago.. messages them multiple times.. got some reply without real investement.. they seems to dont care at all.. They are supposedly have the E-transfer option but this is a mess.. they dont have the option, so you have to contact them, they give your their E-transfer address and ask you to place the order on '' Take it on Store '' and paid with the E-transfer address. What i did! I sent them 319,90$ they never took it, barely answere messages, after days.. They are wasting my time, i'll have to look around to buy somewhere else. They really have no service! Frustrating.. if you can't handle your buisness, let the lead!
Amazing products and staff. Really helped me grow that fire last year. Will never go to another place for my supplies. If you wanna grow pounds of sun grown fire from 4 girls hit up Astral grow!
