I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and was sent a UPS tracking number. UPS hasn't received the pack yet. NO response from emails, no one picks up the phone. They are good at taking your money but don't send the product. Not sure what's going on but extremely unprofessional establishment.
I've dropped by several times in the past couple of weeks and they have been closed. I've messaged them too with no response. I think that they have permanently or temporarily closed.
Over 2 weeks since I placed an online order and all they’ve done is create a shipping label. Contacting anybody is quite the run around as they only operate 3 days a week. I tried to be considerate of this the first couple of weeks, now we are heading into the 3rd week since order and payment was made and nadda… My clones all rooted before anybody even got back to me.. I have a week of veg left before this green cowboy starts tooting smoke out the ears lol, I need my supplies Absolutely unacceptable! ****EDIT**** Store had immediately called me after the long weekend and explained / apologized for the delay. To make it right they said they will cancel the current shipping label and resend it to me with fed ex overnight priority. I am happy with that, all we long for at times is communication!

Ordered some growing supplies along with their own "Grow Depot" tent. Everything arrived promptly. I'm especially impressed with the quality of the tent, the price was very reasonable so I was skeptical, but everything seems really high quality! The material is thicker than other tents and the design is very practical, the frame is thicker tubing and the zippers seem high quality as well. Would definitely recommend.
