Paypal checkout didn't work in 4 different browsers, worked just fine on any other site I tested. Store was informed, they would look into it, but 24 hrs on a Friday it's still not working. They know how to contact me, but couldn't bother to give me an update. I'm a new customer, I have products in a cart, but they don't seem to understand the importance of a working payment system, and clearly don't seem to understand the importance of a growing customer base either. New customers shouldn't have to beg a seller to sell the products he has in stock. A bad experience that I want to forget as soon as possible. Update #1: 2 weeks later: they still haven't fixed it, go figure. Update #2 (after the owner responded) I didn't contact the owner with a complaint, instead I notified the owner that Paypal wasn't working. The owner refused to respond within 24 hrs after I sent my response on a Thursday. 2 weeks later the owner still had not taken the time to respond. Anyone in the same situation like me would consider that extremely disrespectful. It's also important to mention that I never got any E-mail from the store owner; there is no E-mail of the owner in my inbox, or the spam box, yet the owner makes the claim that I was contacted. As for the comment: "We dont need new customers who complain about everything in life". The store owner doesn't know me, and yet makes the bold claim that I complain about "everything" in life (a personal attack), based on the only Google review that I ever posted for any store. The store owner claims: "Ya we disabled PayPal due to the issues we were having." The store owner uses third party software that I'm familiar with. If a payment system is having issues, then the seller has the option to temporarily remove it from the list of payment options. This however contradicts the fact that Papal was still a payment option on the checkout page, and was therefor not disabled by the store owner as claimed. I had the online store bookmarked. That bookmark reads: "GROWERS WORLD TORONTO SUPERSTORE – Growers World Toronto Superstore" The URL was: growersgalaxy (dot) ca That web site doesn't exist anymore, and neither does the owner's domain growstars (dot) ca, so it seems that the owner stopped online sales. Draw your own conclusions.
I had an excellent experience working with Growers World. They were very informative, the pricing was more than fair, and the staff a very professional. They even went as far as to make a delivery to me in Mississauga. I would highly recommend Growers World to everyone.
Wow. What an experience. Not only did AJ and Ryan walk me through the whole growing process, they were able to provide everything I needed to get my babies going on the spot. They are so knowledgeable and down to earth. It was such an easy and comfortable process. Keep up the great work guys. This is definately my go to store for all my growing needs.

If you're serious about growing at home then this is a great place that will help you in your set up and education. They sell everything, including starter plants... And AJ was a super cool guy to talk with and get some info.
