Giving this place a 2 stars, wish I could give more. Been here before and they flavours are pretty good however person working there the other night gave me a double scoop, but the portions were horrible. I got barely anything for the $9 price. The second scoop was more like a tiny bit of another flavour. To add to this my gift card declined when in fact there was enough on it to cover cost of ice cream. Not a great experience.
Excellent ice cream and an incredible staff that can and will answer all your questions!! Favourite flavour is either the Dulce & Banana or Blueberry Lemon Curd, but all of them are great and again the staff are super helpful when deciding what to get. Had amazing service from Leigh-Ann when we stopped in, couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back soon!!
Hamza is a phenomenal worker and always put a smile on my face when I come to this Demetres. whenever i’m having a hard day, he puts a sweet smile on my face!! He knows my favourite my ice cream and always makes it with love! thank you :)
Just grab your scoop. Delectable and unique ice-cream flavours. My favourite place to end the day when ever visiting Waterworks food hall with friends. Must try flavours: apple crumble pie Galato goat cheesecake Dubai chocolate Rose ice-cream
Had a lovely ice cream at Scooped today, got the Double Baked Apple Pie… was very delicious. They had a lovely range of unique flavours you don’t generally see elsewhere. Generous portions and very reasonably priced. Peter was very welcoming and friendly, was very cool watching him make fresh cones!
Poor customer service I just stood in line for 5 minutes with one person in front of me while I watched 1 girl rolling waffle cones another one taking them out of a bag and a third person replacing ice cream tubs. We were standing in front of the girl making the waffle cones and watched while she kept scooping more batter while the other 2 were chatting. Once the girl making waffles cones sees there is now a line lets out a big sigh and decides to help us…big let down. There is no way I’m going to support this place tonight and moving forward
Huge variety of flavours. I sampled the caramel which was exceptional and then ordered the apple pie which was good but not as good as the caramel. The cajeta swirled goat cheese is the standout flavour. It's an exceptional combination of caramel and cheesecake flavours. Sizes should be increased slightly or prices dropped $0.50-$1 for the size you get. I would recommend getting a tub instead of the scoops as the difference between two scoops and a pint tub is $1. It's inside the great waterworks food hall. Lots of seating at pretty much all times.
