We have fun there but find the area away from the tee is very tight. Step carefully so as not to get hit by a swinging club. Last time we were there, there wasn’t any heat on one side of the building.
I have gone to this sim 2 times. Both times have had issues with the system not working to the tee not putting the ball up. I would not recommend coming to this location. The support team is horrible not being able to solve the issues.
Stepped in to take a look at the place and some guy, who is obviously prejudiced and rude “greeted” as if I was annoyance. Couldn’t give me basic info and implicitly said “we don’t rent clubs, you have to bring your own” I’m a regular golfer for years, and I own my own clubs. Assuming that I don’t because of the colour of my skin is abhorrent. Avoid this place just so you don’t have to deal with that guy. He claims to be the owner, but if he isn’t the owners need to have a frank and serious discussion with how you treat potential customers. I will go elsewhere. Simple as that!
Booked screen bay 201 superb. It said it was capable of playing left and right handed golfers. Left side tee never rose from the ground or turned on. Two of the left handed golfers in our group couldn’t play and we were quite frustrated with this simulator. Never going to return again. I want my money back
Frustrating experience. Rarely answers the phone when there is a problem with simulators during their stated office hours. Hasn’t got back to voicemail messages either historically.
The ceiling height here is a serious issue. I’m 6 feet tall with an average wingspan, and I managed to break the head off my driver during a swing. The space is just too tight, especially for taller players. On top of that, the new side has a metal beam that forces you to be even more cautious with your swing. This setup is not ideal for a comfortable or safe practice session. I did reach out to them about my broken driver, and they mentioned there was a waiver and they are not responsible. While I understand policies are in place, it’s disappointing that the layout itself poses such a clear risk, especially when no warning was given about the low ceilings and hazards. That said, the automatic ball feed system is a nice feature—better than most other places—but unfortunately, it doesn’t make up for the major safety concern of the low ceilings and tight layout. If you’re taller, I’d recommend finding another range.
I had such a fun time time here! I went with a handful of friends and it was so easy to figure the system out. its beginner friendly and sooo technologically advanced all at the same time! the place was clean and easy to locate. the owners were also very kind and offered any assistance when needed! will definitely be coming again!
