My first time using this facility. Was very easy to get started and place looked pretty good. I'd go again for sure, but there were issues with trackman system on Bay 1. It froze a couple of times while using shot analysis mode. I'd give this place higher rating if it weren't for those hiccups. EDIT: Their customer service is great and they are working on improving. I think they deserve a 5 star.
Really great facility, easy booking, more than fair rates for high technology. Support staff are always helpful and understanding when there are glitches and difficulties that may arise from time to time, whether it's their fault or the customers'
This place is next level! Definitely the best sim I’ve been to by far! Super clean facility with top of the line bays! Even with it being unmanned 24/7, staff is a phone call away and willing to do whatever it takes to make your experience amazing! Hats off to shotgun!!
I really like this place but the music selection is infuriating. Bring AirPods! Or plz let us have control over the music, I cannot bare the old school hip hop and greenday
As the reviews mention, this place is amazing! The trackman analytics helped me understand where I can get better - and it was crazy the number of metrics it spits out (the impact position was my favourite!). I live close by so will definitely be coming often. I know the website mentions to bring your own clubs, but I wouldn’t mind paying a few extra bucks to rent some decent clubs (perhaps put in a locker that opens as you sign in?). Just a suggestion!
