Sevan is incredibly skilled and honest with his work. The design, quality, and craftsmanship were all exceptional. The price was very fair, and the final result exceeded our expectations. I went to Sevan's studio earlier this week for a free and preliminary consultation regarding a custom engagement ring. I am currently in the process of doing consultations with a number of custom-jewelry designers in the city to help decide which I will go forward with for a unique engagement ring. My experience with Sevan thus far has been great. Right off the bat he was friendly, his studio was pristine and gave off good vibes, and he was happy to answer any and all of my questions - no matter how basic or advanced. He did a great job of explaining the process with him should I decide to go forward. He also helped in showing me some real life examples and explaining how his services differ from getting a stone off the internet from a BrilliantEarth or BlueNile for example. The whole time I felt no pressure from Sevan to go forward with his services. He fully understood that I will be "shopping around" and even recommended doing so. I left with the feeling that he genuinely wants what's best for me and my partner - whether that means his services or someone else's. If I decide to go with Sevan, I will definitely update my review!
Great service! Sevan was able to answer all of my questions and but a lot of my questions to ease. He worked within my budget, designed the ring to the specs that I wanted, and was ready for pickup at my desired date. Thank you again!
