I asked for snow removal days ago, someone came and took a picture of my Neighbors and left. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. They charged me without clearing the snow
Terrible service! No one answers calls or messages. Today, I’ve been trying to reach them for over 13 hours to remove the snow blocking my driveway—no response. Two days ago, they charged me at 1 AM after the snow had already melted, and there was less than 1 cm left. I messaged them about it but never got a reply. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid this company!
Recurring snow removal service booked for my parents property. The property only required servicing twice as it has been a very mild winter — it took 12 hours for the property to be serviced and the job was mediocre. We were told that the property would be salted if salt was provided — both times the property was not salted even though my parents left a bucket of salt in the middle of their stairs with a note saying “please salt”. I left a complaint with the service rep I had been talking to and it was completely ignored — I think emailed her to follow up, Kate entirely ignored the complaint and only responded to the first half of the email. Will never book with this company again or recommend them to anyone.
We had snow that ended Thursday around five pm. Friday morning nothing was done. I called Eden at 10am and spoke with Randa (lovely lady) asked about the drive and they confirmed it was to be done. Called back before five pm, still not done - she said she'd call me back. Time is now 5:36pm. I took the pics before just doing it myself. Only driveway on the block not done. I'm embarrassed about the side walk
Honestly the worst experience I've had with a company. I booked a one time snow removal. Never received confirmation that my request was seen/taken, etc. I did get charged a few hours later for a job that was done at a DIFFERENT HOUSE. I called, sat on hold, emailed, went back and forth. Suffice it to say, my house is still full of snow. My credit card is still charged. And no one responds. Stay far away.
Eden used to offer very good snow removal, but since they switched to the app/gig service thing they do now, they're terrible. When you use the app to call for snow removal, some random dude shows up, shovels a tiny line of snow, and then leaves, charging you $150. When you email to complain they ignore you and don't take responsibility. Awful service, not recommended.
Worst service ever , booked them for snow removal at 9 am they came 2 am at night who is going to to move the cars from the driveway at 2 am for them
