I needed to have wash and fold due to my move (and blasted clothing moths) so I decided to use domylaundry- and boy, what an excellent decision that was. I have been so impressed by the service, as well as the staff. They are prompt, on time, and took excellent care of my delicate and expensive linens and duvets. Plus, I have extremely sensitive skin, and can't use most laundry soaps, so I requested thier ISO service, which has worked wonders with my eczema. Thanks Marcia and your team!
In Feb 2018 I used this company to not only do my laundry but also to RETURN all the items that were in my order. It was brought to Marci attention the night my laundry returned that an item is missing. She said she checked the plant and her vehicles but nothing so they lost it or mixed my item in with someone else's laundry. I asked for a refund, but she insisted to buy me a full set. I agreed. That was FOUR months ago. They do not have the right to mishandle my items , then break their own word and expect me to not say something. This is unprofessional and disrespect to my items and what that item may have meant to me. DO NOT USE this company for your laundry service. They clearly have difficulty in keeping your order straight. They are enthusiast for Business but not so enthusiastic to remedy this concern that was brought forth to them months ago. Poor business acumen, where as I am use to dealing with professional business and proper customer care.
Wash and fold service is great. Dropped off my clothes when they opened and got them back the same day. The owners are friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be using the service again.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this company! Marcia and her team are dedicated to my business 150%. They go above and beyond to make sure my busy massage therapy clinic is always freshly stocked and never in need. Even on a Sunday night when we had no clean sheets, this woman came through with an emergency delivery and made sure we were taken care of! This is the rare kind of company that cares about your business as much as their own. I HIGHLY recommend you try them out and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
Do My Laundry has legitimately made my life better. I cannot express what a relief it is to be able to trust a service with my clothes. They are extraordinarily friendly and a joy to work with -- I have joked that the most relentlessly positive relationship is the text history with Do My Laundry. I often have items that require special care, and everything always comes back in perfect condition. They are my laundry superheroes!
