HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If your going to use the coin machine always check your change. I was in today Sat March 17th 12:30ish, I put $20.00 in the coin machine and my gut told me to count the change which I have never do before and I was a $1.00 short. I mentioned this to the older Chinese man(not the owner) who worked there and he was so rude to me!! He check the whole Landry room for my $1.00 which was still in the machine. He gave me pure attitude he stomped around huffed and puffed. Then he checked again...Finally I said you can I please have my dollar!! He made me feel like I had stolen a damn dollar from him. Finally gave me the $1.00 and SLAMMED IT ON THE COUNTER!!! I couldn't believe my eyes!! I WAS IN SHOCK!!! Oh and he pretends NOT speak English when a dollar is involved...That's when I lost it it and told him how dare he treat me this way..I was SO MAD!!!!!..Still am!!! HE CAUSED SUCH A RUCKUS OVER A DOLLAR WHICH WAS MINE IN THE FIST PLACE!!! He has messed with the wrong person I have lived in my neighbourhood for over 20 years and I've never had anyone treat me this way!!! I will mention this experience to everyone I know in my neighbourhood!!! My FAMILY and FRIENDS will never go back there...EVER!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!
Nice and clean laundromat........But no washrooms very important to have in a laundromat...... also when washing I put my loads on hot water neither of the machines were hot......Wont be back because of that.....
Clean. Open 18 hours a day 365 days a year. Reliable and excellent machines for a good price. Honestly it's an amazing laundromat. There's even a small parking lot. Their laundry service averages out to be about twice to maybe 3x as much as if you did it yourself for most loads, which is impressive. They have yet to mess anything up.
