I purchased several exquisite light fixtures for my condominium over a two month period. Thank you to the fantastic and knowledgeable Ebony. She was exceptional. When the time came to install one of the light fixtures, the instruction sheet was not very clear. My contractor called the store and one of the sales/service associates, Nigel, called him back on Wattsapp and spent an hour with him and walked him through every step of the installation. Outstanding after sales service. I would give Royal Lighting a 10 star review for everything. Thank you so much.

Great store with wide range of selection of chandeliers/pendants. We are very pleased with their price matching and ability to order in styles if not on the floor, and the ordering service is very efficient. I have been a loyal customer of Royal Lighting for many years. Their customer service has always been outstanding but this time they really went above and beyond! I had to exchange a ceiling light with a fan because after it had been installed, I noticed it had a damaged part. When I called I spoke to Ebony, who was just wonderful. She looked into my options and I needed an entire new one which she ordered on my behalf. Instead of me having to chase her for updates, she contacted me. I just returned the damaged product today and wanted to thank Ebony in person. She was not in but Mikey at the cash register knew my name and what has transpired with Ebony. I really felt appreciated and valued as a customer which unfortunately is so very rare these days. Thanks Royal Lighting!
