Purchased sheets from there only to come home and find the cardboard inside soaking wet. The sheets were dry on the outside and damp in the inside. Only realized this after completely opening them so no way to return them now. I’m guessing they were in water at some point and still sold?
Love this store. Reasonably priced, and many great quality items. Store and mall are both old looking, but a great location to get many household goods. Associate (employee 11 - Ibi) was very helpful suggesting a 100% cotton with silk fill temperature regulation mattress protector. It was same price as plain cotton, so I greatly appreciated her suggestion. She even pointed me to coupon so I could save extra. This chain has closed many locations but I hope they keep this one open.
Do Not Trust! Employees switching out the 300 tc sheets for the 600 and buying them? Sheets had no theft prevention on the zipper like they usually do. Selling 300 thread count sheets that feel like course linen and nothing like the 600 tc sheets of the same brand that I bought just a few months before. Shady indifferent attitude when I called to alert them to the discrepancy.
I was in Gerrard Square when I dropped by the Beddington store. The staff was very friendly and prices were fair. I picked up some pillow cases for only $11.
First time visiting Beddington’s at this location. Medium size store, neat and organized. The associate was friendly and nice. They do offer many nice items. Will visit again.
if you are a person of colour i don't recommend going to this store, you will be treated horribly compared to Caucasians. The staff are rude do not like helping you find things. They love to talk down to you, constantly on their cell phones, i was told to "figure it out and look more" when i asked for help. worst customer service at this place which explains why nobody shops here.
Great stuff. Lots to choose from. I dealt with a couple ladies there more so a black lady..sorry dont recall her name, but a sweetheart and very helpful. If your looking for bed and bath. I suggest u check it out..I had to hand fulls and still needed to drag myself out as I kept wanting to shop, lots to see and good prices.?
