Very poor customer service. The store owner sold my husband a duvet cover, assuring him that she would take it back if package was un-opened . When I took the duvet cover back, unopened the next day, she reneged on her promise and adamantly refused to offer a refund, only an exchange, which she did not specify to my husband. You will never get your money back from this place.
After looking on-line at what Linen World had to offer my husband and I decided to drive the 45 minutes to visit their store. We weren’t disappointed. We found the most beautiful duvet cover to compliment our bedroom redecoration. We were given help by a very knowledgeable salesperson who knew decorating and we came away with something we will love for many years to come.
I have been doing business with this shop for over 35 years. Their products are excellent quality. I trust the owner's recommendation when I am not sure what to buy. She has never let me down. I value the relationship and buy their cotton nightgowns for friends and family - who always love them and ask for another one. I highly recommend this store.
