Beware whatever you do, do not go to these cash for you. They talk about how they're there to help the people and how they care about the customers and stuff they absolutely do not. The workers are very ignorant, they don't have very much knowledge of the programs, can't answer very many questions, I had a talk with who was said to be manager and she actually set the phone down ignored me and then when I said did you just put the phone down she picked up the phone and said oh no I'm here I said can you say what I even said she had no clue. So much for great workers and great customer service. Absolutely disgusted. I will no longer do business at cash for you and I will not recommend it to anybody. There's many other loan places out there guys check them out. Unfortunately you're not allowed to post unless you give somewhat of a one-star so I had no choice or it would have had no stars
To start off, lol… Do not go here! The workers are unethical, and very unorganized. As i am a person who is studying in college to work with client’s professionally, I recommend their workers to be trained further. They take out unexpected payments for months that we aren’t even in yet. Because their “system” sets it up that way if you pay your loan early LOL They are pathetic here! The people know basic skills, but lack to inform their customers of any upcoming changes and no customer service skills. As one of the ladies practically blew me off after saying what she needed to say.
