Loans are aporpved so fast with very low interest rate and you can pay off your loan anytime. This is my secobd loan with Flex Money. Customer Service excellent . I highly recommend it.
The application is very quick and efficient. This is the second loan that I have had with them and each time they respond quickly to all loan requests. The process took less that 48 hours to complete the transaction from application to receiving the the funds you requested once approved.
Don't use these guys if you're in a hurry. 2 days to review the file, been approved but no funds. They are painfully slow!! No response whenever I send an email and the guy who answers the phone is useless and not at all helpful. Plus they don't send via e-transfer so there's another day waiting for it to go into your account. Altogether you'll be waiting 3 or 4 days to receive a dime. Look around elsewhere, Eastern Loans is quick, same day service.
I have been approved for a loan of $3000 on Tuesday. They said it would up to 24 hours to receive the funds. It's now Thursday and I haven't received anything yet. I tried emailing customer care twice and no response. I even tried calling and it was only a recording.
I appreciate how fast and easy it is to borrow from Flex Money. It is super easy to get and is something similar to a payday loan (however a higher $$ amount than a payday loan) with more time to pay it off with no penalties for paying off early. It does take a day or 2 to complete and possibly longer if you applied before the weekend and then once Money is sent, still takes until the next day to land into your bank account. Another point is that you are charged interest from the 1st day that your application is acknowledged even if it's not dispensed for a few days. I will continue to borrow from them due to the easy process of borrowing. UPDATE: April 2024 I spoke to a representative over the phone to discuss some changes in my pay and a change with my preferred time of month to make my loan payments and I was accommodated with all of my requests and also was given a bit of a higher loan this time. Thank you!
Never responded to my emails. The approval of the loan was Nov 4th, cash was emailed Nov. 9th. I hope interest will be applied as of Nov. 9th and not Nov 4th. Flexmoney never gave me an answer to this question.
